產(chǎn)品介紹

Chitosan  (Deacetylated chitin (MW 150000)) 是衍生自幾丁質(zhì)的聚陽(yáng)離子線性多糖。Chitosan 因其無(wú)毒,低致敏性,生物相容性和可生物降解性而被廣泛使用。Chitosan 還具有抗腫瘤,抗細(xì)菌,抗真菌和抗氧化活性。此產(chǎn)品粘度60左右,黏均分子量32萬(wàn)。

外觀: 白色固體
溶解性: 此產(chǎn)品可以溶解于1%  乙酸和鹽酸,會(huì)有一定懸浮物。
儲(chǔ)存條件: RT
用途: 殼聚糖是一種具生物相容性、抗細(xì)菌和能被生物降解的聚電解質(zhì),具有廣泛的生物醫(yī)藥和工業(yè)用途。它的化學(xué)性質(zhì)和低毒性可作為藥物的組成部分、用于基因轉(zhuǎn)移系統(tǒng)、用作生物降解膜及作為組織工程中的骨架。
